Return/cancellation and Refund Policy

Return of Non-Defective Laser Machine Policy:

A non-defective laser machine may be returned to Creative Laser Machine within SEVEN DAYS of the date of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price with the following amendments/fees:

Creative Laser Machine will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees incurred from the return.
No refund will be granted for installation or training costs.
No refund will be granted for equipment which has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way which jeopardizes Creative Laser Machine’s ability to re-market or resell the product.
All Returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, which percentage is taken from the final purchase price.
Due to the underwriters leasing terms, we are unable to issue refunds for equipment leased, but can rather issue an exchange.
To return any product clients must email our Customer Service Department prior to shipping for approval. Due to freight costs, we will not accept any un-approved returned shipments.
All cancellations made prior to your laser machine being shipped out from the warehouse WILL be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be deducted from your total purchase price. The 15% restocking fee WILL NOT be deducted from your refund if your laser machine has NOT yet shipped.

A non-defective accessory may be returned to Creative Laser Machine within 30 days of the date of receipt for a refund of the original purchase price with the following amendments/fees:

Creative Laser Machine will refund neither the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees incurred from the return.
No refund will be granted for equipment which has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way which jeopardizes Creative Laser Machine’s ability to re-market or resell the product.

After Two Year Warranty – Post Warranty support and/or Repairs

Creative Laser Machine offers free lifetime tech support via. phone and email to the original purchaser. However, after (1) year replacement parts will be the responsibility of the client including shipping charges. Creative Laser Machine will provide a quote for the necessary parts and repairs.
